Two weeks ago Co2 Monitor started Beeping. Connected to shore power. lost all 12v. Replaced Battery. Not the Culprit. Converter didn't have good ratings so I replaced with a similar one only difference Replacement had automatic change over. Charged during the day. Got down to 8.5 Volts and reconnected charger. What am I doing wrong? Should I try another. Converter. WFCO Deck Mount Power Converter Model WF-9855 is the Original One. Appreciate All Help.

Easiest way to check to see if your converter/charger is working is to disconnect your battery and put a voltmeter on the positive and negative leads to see what voltage is being pushed to the battery. When your camper is plugged into shore power it should be around 13.6 - 13.7 volts if it is set for lead acid/AGM battery or 14.4-14.6V for lithium batteries. Most newer models have the switch in the battery bay depending on the converter installed. If you are getting nothing then make sure the battery disconnect switch is in the right position.
You also said "Charged during the day". Do you have solar? If so, disconnect those leads from your battery when testing to isolate each side of the charging system. Charging through solar and through the converter are separate systems.
