2005 Kz sportsman 310 slide identification

I spoke to Kz Sportsman I couldn’t find a frame tag on the front. I found the Vin number tag on the side of the camper but they want me to find a frame tag for Lippert. I’m trying to identify what slide system I have we couldn’t get the slide in and strip the motor, I ordered a new motor but it appears to be the wrong one. The slide seem to be getting bind on the bottom where the lamination was coming loose getting stuck on the frame of the camper. I have some pictures of my slides underneath to help identify it if you can , I can’t figure out how to get this motor out to replace it or rebuild it. I need to fix the lamination maybe throw some screws in it so fit and or adjust it so it can close for transport. It was bought this way slide has been open for a while , I will attach some pictures , edit how do I add photos? It doesn’t show how to.
