New to me 2022 Durango 301RL. Couple questions.
1. Can someone tell me how to get the Sansui TV to play through the JBL sound bar? It's currently hooked up through the HDMI3 port on the TV but regardless of what I try on the TV it still only wants to play through the TV speakers.
2. What type of electric fireplace is in this thing? Looking for a manual.
Thanks for your help.

Funny, that’s practically the only remaining “how does it work?” question that I have…….

1. We had this same problem. If you look at the HDMI ports on the TV you probably have one marked ARC(audio-return channel). I think this is HDMI 1. Connecting the sound bar to this port enabled ours to work. When you power on the TV, it and the soundbar see each other and the sound bar will power up automatically after a few seconds. Occasionally they don't shake hands though. Power off the TV and power back on seems to do the trick. We have a 65" Sansui in our 290RLT and are ready to trash it. Reprograming channels is very cumbersome and the remote is very cheaply made.
2. Don't know about the fireplace, as ours did not include any paperwork for it.

Thanks much Milo. That did the trick. They had the sound bar plugged in to HDMI3. HDMI1(ARC) was the proper one. Also, thanks for the insights about powering up.
The fireplace isn't such a big deal as it's pretty easy to figure out.
Thanks again. This is exactly why this forum is important.
