Hello,
My bedroom slide only goes out a few inches on one side. I am pretty sure it's a bad motor, or wire issue. Originally had 8 red flashes, and 2 green flashes. Tried manual override with no success. Tried unplugging both motors, and plugging back in. Controller now shows no led lights, but slide still does not work. I want to get to the motor, but not sure where the set screw is. Has anyone replaced their own motor? If so where can I locate the set screw, and does the slide need to be in or out?
