I am just curious if anyone else has issues getting warranty work approved. I purchased a 2023 360REQ and absolutely love the layout. There were several reasons we purchased the 5th wheel after years of looking, one being the 2 year warranty. This is not the first trailer I have purchased so I am used to some delays in getting work approved. What I am finding here is that the claims I have made are normally denied and then a fight to get them resolved. It should not be this way, especially when you spend what we spend on their product.

You will have much less stress if you forget about the so called "warranty" and fix it yourself or get it fixed locally. I would only play the warranty game if there was an extreme fault or considerable cost involved.
