I have a 2021 KV Connect SE C312BHKSE. It has 2 Driver's side slides. The back one come out fine, but the front one won't go out. We can manually roll it out, but not by motor. At first we heard a click near the toungue when we pressed the retract button, but now nothing. Any suggestions.

That click may be the circuit breaker clicking off, they usually reset and they can click again. A dead short in the wiring to the slide motor can be the reason for a circuit breaker clicking off, or possibly a faulty breaker. Often circuit breakers are mounted on the tongue, perhaps you have a separate one for the non-functioning slide.
