Our main awning on our 2021 Durango Gold G391RKQ will not extend. On the One Control pad it shows the word 'extending', but the awning is not physically extending. The awning worked fine during Christmas camping. Went out to open the awning here in early February, not extend. Have spent considerable time on the phone with Lippert tech. Lippert concluded there is a 06 and 08 fault. Have reset the Unity X4, no change. Have changed the amp setting for the awning in theOne Control pad, awning not extending. Why would the awning not extend just about 7 weeks after it worked properly? Has anyone experienced this? Remedies? Appreciate any help/ideas. Thank you.

What do the 06 and 08 fault code indicate? All it takes is a loose connection, corrosion, or bad ground to throw electronics off.

I am having the same issue. Worked on last trip and didn’t on this trip. Have you found a solution? Thanks.

I don't have the One Control panel, just a extend/retract switch. When mine stopped working, I pulled the switch from the wall, pulled wires out of the wall and found a 2 Amp fuse in a inline fuse holder that goes to the awning. You might have the same thing behind the One Control panel.
