Hello - Looking for some help or feedback. We recently purchased a new 2023 Connect SE 211MKSE with the Factory 220W off grid Solar package and have had issues since day one curious if others have had issues? Dealer talked us into DUAL AGM batteries due to low temps here in CO. Learning that may have been a mistake but does not explain issues. Has been to dealer twice now and still not working. Both Times Dealer stated Batteries dropped to low and had to be "Reset" they reinstalled and said all looks good.....all breakers checked all fuses checked. - Batteries will not maintain Charge on Solar. Drain Fast even previously connected to shore power and then removed from shore.
- Left on solar alone batteries eventually dis-charge
- Run furnace for 120 Minutes Batteries drop to ~50% on Solar display and Good on trailer display.
- On Solar charge controller panel never shows more than 62-86%Charge
- Solar Display only shows 14V coming in from panels - Disconnect PV leads from controller have ~38V low sun angle - seems ok
- Invertor has no display or indicator lights - Outlets do not have 120Volts without Shore power.
- On Shore Power both Trailer control and solar control show 100% Battery - Remove Shore - Trailer shows 100% Solar drops to 62-86%
Bringing it back to Dealer tomorrow but it seems we have purchased a defective trailer? It has never been used for camping yet. Can't get past these basic issues. Obviously, Inverter not working is an issue and only recently discovered while I was trouble shooting. No idea how dealer did not see it. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated. Thanks

Any update? We have an older (2020 Connect RB261 and I am now investigating more battery and solar. I don't trust their "Solar Ready" as I bet that is just the port on the side of the RV and nothing else. I'm looking into panels, inverter, and switching to Lithium Batteries for more AMP Hours. Curious how things are going
