Having problems trying to remove the television out of its encasement in my 2007 KZ escalade. There is no hardware located anywhere on the top, either side, nor the bottom. Leads me to believe that the hardware is hooked up to the back of the television, which I have no access to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you will Abshire Lake Charles Louisiana

There was a removable panel in the storage to the side of mine but assuming this your is the same as mine was, there are four bolts holding the tv securely in u slots. These can be accessed using a long socket(1/2 or 9/16ths if memory serves) with a short and long extension from each side. There is just enough room to get your ratchet in there. Once loosened, the tv lifts up and out.
That removable panel gets you partial access to one side but allows you to see what the mount looks like. Let me know if you want a chat to discuss.
