You can use a tall step ladder and a long handle brush. If you want to walk on the roof, all bets are off. Tell us more about the roof construction, is it metal, fiberglass or rubber? Regardless, stay off the roof unless there is no other option, some have luck with laying down thick plywood that spans three or more rafters for a work surface.

I used to use a ladder to reach the roof of our former 17’ Sonic. Placed pool noodles on ladder sides so it would not scratch edge of roof. Cut 1/2” plywood x 8’ length about 1 1/2 to 2’ wide so it would span across the whole trailer roof to distribute my body weight. Then placed several of those plywood pieces so could walk from end to end. You would have to determine how wide to make your plywood strips depending on distance between vents/ air conditioner and how heavy of piece you wanted to carry to your roof. While you are up there check all your seals around the vents. Our new Sportsmen fifth wheel had 5 spots that had not been properly sealed with Dicor sealant.
