I need to change out my bathroom door. I’m unsure on how to remove the valance in order to gain access to the top of the door. Anyone had to do this?

if it's like the windows there are screws up under and kind of an L bracket to the wall.

See if you can just remove the whole track and door together. Had that done in my rig when I had an issue with my bedroom sliding door.
As an aside, when my cousin and her husband were building their '64 GMC bus RV conversion, they made all trim that might need to be removed magnetic. Got some 1" neodymium magnets and countersunk them into the trim and the wall opposite. Makes life for them extremely easy if they need to get behind something. :-)

Great. I’ll check for L brackets again. I don’t recall seeing any. Removing the track could be doable. Thanks again.
