Greetings from Cape Cod. We bought ours new in 2021 - a few minor issues which were fixed under warranty but otherwise has been a great Trailer. I would suggest wheel chock stabilizers, shade for skylight in bedroom & bigger struts so you can access the underbid storage. Overall we love the Trailer. Will be visiting your state in the Fall (Gaitlinburg & Nashville)

We have a 2022 version of this trailer and have very few problems. In ours we ran into a problem we the outlets in the bathroom, kitchen, and outside receptacle. One day we plugged in a 4” fan in the kitchen to cool off the area next to the recliner, it stopped working. Thought that for some reason it blew a break, wrong. Being a retired electrician helped a lot as I traced the circuit. There was no breaker thrown, it was the gfi receptacle in the bathroom. All 3 outlets tripped on this gfi. I reconfigured the connection in the gfi in the bathroom so it is still protected , fed directly to the other outlets. Installed new gif’s in the kitchen and outside. They are still on the same breaker but individually protected. Problem fixed. Connect does it this way to save money since GFI’s running in the neighborhood of $40 each.
We also added insulated buffers for the skylight and tinted extremely dark tint to the windows in the bedroom because it is very bright in the mornings if you don’t.
Also just purchased a new 12” Brooklyn Essentials Mattress because the one that comes with the trailer is terrible. We first tried a topper and that helped but not enough.
Hope this helps you out and also enjoy it. We have a lot.
