I have an Escape, but this is a general issue that I suppose could happen to any slide. The four lag screws that hold the motor and track to the floor pulled out of the floor. Do I just get some longer screws with a larger diameter to try to solve the problem? Honesty I can’t believe how small the four screws are. Help appreciated.

We also had a window leak. Good luck with your repair
