The slideout on our connect 261RB when out is not flush with floor. We have a table and chairs and if the chair leg slips on to the regular floor there is a drop off between the slide and floor. Anyone else have this problem. Dealer has adjusted slideout but it has made it worse. Also our table is not level.

In my 241RLK the slide sits higher than the floor about 1 1/4". If your chair is falling between the slide and trailer floor, it's adjusted too far out. Do you have carpet or some type of flooring between the slide and floor? Mine has about 6" of carpet that covers the transition between the two. I can't see any gap between my floors. Time to take it back to the dealer for more adjusting. The correct way this time.

No carpet, just vinyl flooring. We are afraid that a chair leg will tear the flooring.

Can you post up some pictures of your gap?

The trailer is back at the dealer, and they are calling Kz to find out what to do. Once we get it back, I will send a picture.
