I have a 2022 Connect 241RLK with a Norcold N10DC refrigerator/freezer in it. We have always camped locally so refrigerated goods was no problem. We are fixing to travel away for a while and I was wanting to know does my frig still work while I’m driving?

Pretty sure only if your tow vehicle has a 12v power source at the plug while your vehicle is running. You don’t want it constant because of you stop somewhere for a few hours, you may end up with a dead battery.

I haven't had any issues with my Norcold while driving in our '22 241RLK. As long as you don't deplete the cold inside the fridge, it should be fine for a few hours until you start driving again or get the trailer plugged in. Just like losing power in your house for a few hours. The fridge needs the battery to start due to the electrical surge of the compressor. Then it'll run on 12 volts just fine. Just not overnight. Trucks are designed now so you cant pull power from the truck battery when the engine is off. So as long as the truck is running its charging the trailer battery.

Thanks all you guys are great!! I was just wondering while driving if it would be powered and you answered my question!!!
Jayhawk500 saw your post on your upcoming inverter install for the small 120v fridge, I’m interested on how it goes and info on which inverter you chose and pics!!
Thanks again this forum is great for us newbies!!!
