We have a 2023 D321 RTK which I know is pre-wired for a rear camera so installation should be easy. Was wondering if the side marker lights were also pre-wired? We bought those as well and are hoping the rig is pre-wired for those.
I've seen some of the other brands have done this to their 2023 a d 2024s.

I have a 2021 Durango D250RES wired for side markers. They look like these. However the Furrion 4.3” screen does not support the side camera. Only the bigger screens do. I do have the rear camera set up though with the Furrion 4.3” screen. I use it to watch the boat in tow and to hook it up.

If your side marker lights look like the picture that 660 catman posted, then all you have to do is pop off the lens cover and remove I think four screw. There's a plastic piece that will come off by sliding it towards the rear of your trailer. Then your camera will slide back into its place. Put the screws in and then you have to go through the process of getting your screen to find and recognize the side cameras.

Has anyone connected the trigger wire to the side marker lights so that when you engage the turn signal it swaps to that side view? I cannot find the trigger wire for the driver's side, I found the brown wire to the right side and it works fine. Hoping someone can tell me where the wire might be located and what color.

I didn’t think they work that way. The screens will show all camera angles at once but if you want just one, you click on the camera view you want to see.

The trigger wire is specifically for that, to "trigger" the view when you engage your turn signal. I have the right-side trigger wire connected and it will show up the right-side camera when I engage the turn signal. The trick is, it has to be in the tri-mode view to do it, it will not work in the single screen mode. I have contacted KZ about the driver's side wire (color and location) but they are not willing to share that information. The last thing I want to have to do it reach up while driving and toggle through the menu to see a side camera view. Furrion puts the trigger wire there for a reason. I get it if KZ doesn't want to connect them but a simple reply of the color and location to tie into it would have been helpful.

I just picked up my 2023 K-Z this past Saturday and I self installed the rear camera and side marker cameras. Both were already pre wired for the system. The rear camera requires removing 4 tiny screws from the housing plate and the side marker light’s required the removal of the lens cover and only 2 tiny screws. When removing the faux plate from the marker light, you may need to remove some of the sealant that was installed on the topside (preventing water getting behind it) to allow the new camera to slide in its place. The camera will have a gasket on the backside to prevent water from getting being it so you shouldn’t need to add any sealant to the top of it.

Maybe I"m missing something here but couldn't you turn your right blinker on, get a test light and see which wire is pulsing, then hook that one up to your camera?
