Anyone figure out the coax cable wiring? My over the air antenna works fine. But hooking up the camp ground cable system, I got nothing. Guessing I need a box. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Chris

I have one of those testers...at home. I did turn off the amplifier. Did a channel search and came up with one digital channel that did nothing. The cable going into the ground block on the post is messed up. So that may be the issue.

Any other sites close by? Maybe ask a neighbor if you can try running a cable to their post and see if that's it?

We have a 2021 Connect, ours is not wired correctly either. Discovered that the cable connection is labeled satellite

I pulled all the outlet covers and it's wired correctly. Must not have had any cable at the trailer park. I have learned you need a cable box to use the cable systems due to the cable company's going digital. Bummer.

We have NEVER been able to use the cable connection successfully and have decided to just stream and use local tv.

I have been looking at this thread having the same issue on a new 2023 C241RLK. From the first time using we were unable to receive CATV or OTA through trailer antenna and wiring. When I had time to troubleshoot I connected to all of the interior F terminals with no luck. I then connected directly to TV and was able to scan cable channels. I have used a coax tester, all points interior to exterior docking terminals and looks like the wiring is incorrect. I am looking for a schematic which would show relationship between booster amp, cabling and any splitters. Thanks

Our '21 261RB came from the factory with the same issue - OTA was excellent, but would not work with the cable or satellite in. As others mentioned, I had success troubleshooting by running coax into the main TV from outside. Same with the satellite connection. Spare all the other troubleshooting details... when I pulled the outside connections, I discovered that both CTV & Sat F-connectors were wired incorrectly. The outer shielding was twisted around the center coax element. Once I cleaned these up up and re-terminated the F-connectors... all was well in the world. Hope this helps someone.

Well I was going to add a few pictures, but I'm limited to a 1 mb photos. I guess my phone takes too good of quality. So I put my standalone King Omni Go antenna directly to the TV. I got over 65 digital channels. Next, I removed the radio to access the splitter and disconnected the antenna cable from that and connected it to the TV directly. Then I did another channel search, I got over 65 channels again. Picture quality went up greatly. So, I started looking at the coax. I found the coax that went to the outside plug looked good. The center conductor stuck above the plug just like it's supposed too. I then looked at the coax that went to the wall outlet behind the TV. The TV end was fine, just like the outside plugs coax. BUT, the TVs coax at the splitter end was recessed into the plug. It DID NOT make contact with the splitter internally. So the TV was NOT receiving the signals and the picture quality sucked. I currently have the TV wired directly to the antenna. Like I said above, when I get home, I'll replace the low quality splitter and cable, after I find a good quality one. So if your having issues with your TV, look at the cables, especially the f type connectors. Most of mine just spin on the coax. They'll all be replaced. From the antenna down.

You have to remove the splitter to do any wire tracing. I still am having issues with OTA signals. Can't get any local TV stations. When I get home I think I'm going to rip out this crap and start over. Going to use cable company quality items. I have a separate king antenna that I'm going to try directly.

FWIW I have a 2017 Durango Gold and the satellite connection has not worked from day one and was not fixed at the rally in Shipshewana, IN. I run a cable adapter trough a window. I got them on line and bought 10 for under $10 as they are some what fragile when the wire inside bends too many times. I have used the Klein tester and the cable is bad somewhere in the middle and I can't find away to pull a new one with out drilling holes out side, the adaptors works fine and no water leaks.
