When I run the kitchen sink, the water flow pulsates, and the water pump cycles on and off. This only happens at the kitchen. Water runs smoothly at All other faucets and showers. I don't see any leakage in the water lines. Any ideas on how to fix this. The pulsating flow and cycling of water pump confuses the hot water heater so can't get hot water out of sink. If I connect to city water, the flow is fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?
