Hi everyone...I just purchased a 2023 Durango 301 rlt. Can someone please help me with the following... 1. When my Natulis 4 is in the siphon mode to fill up fresh water tank from water jug, the water pump loses prime constantly and it takes forever to empty water jugs...what am I doing wrong as I have no air leaks that I can tell and no taps on inside ? 2. Where is the Fresh water overflow located? I see the two low points drains (with taps) and I see another red pipe with a tap 3' away same side...would this be my over flow( doesn't make sense though if it has a tap on it) Thank you everyone in advance !

On my Durango (230RKD) the overflow is the single red pipe with tap. Mine is on the opposite side of the low point drains, where the fresh tank is located.

The overflow should be a tube without a tap and the fresh water drain should have a tap. So you should have 4 tubes at the bottom of your rig. The hot and cold water low point drains (with taps), the fresh water drain (with tap) and the fresh water overflow (no tap).
For the pump, I would check all of the fittings in and around the pump and make sure they're tight. Even a little bit of air getting brought in from anywhere can cause what you're seeing. Check the siphon hose as well for any issues.
