I'm trying to pair my 22 Connect 241RLK KZ Engage. Noooo clue as to where the the QR code would be. I'm not going to rip the trailer apart looking for it. I tried pairing and tried a general bluetooth search, and my phone found something and I tried to pair to that, but nothing. I pushed and held the bluetooh button on the panel but once again nothing. The Owners Manual is less than helpful in this manner. Looking through the manual is seems it's just a generic manual that would cover ALL of the KZ products. Not just the specific model. Has anyone paired their KZ Engage? If so, How did you do it? Thanks for the time... Attachments:

It should be like any other KZ product. To pair my Durango D250RES, there was a code located on the circuit board where all the wires connected for the control board. It’s a separate unit and mine was located in the basement of the 5th. When pairing you entered this code. Worked like a charm, no issues. But if I’m wrong and KZ changed it all, I apologize for possibly steering you wrong.

I have the same same make/model as you except 2023 and the same Engage control panel. All I had to do was download the OneControl app for the App Store, make sure that it connected in Bluetooth, opened the OneControl app and all worked.

I found I have a defective Engage panel. After spending some time with the tech from LCI, it was determined that my Bluetooth button is inop. I asked to have the panel sent to me, but since its under warranty it has to go to the dealer. Uggg. I got all the pertinent info and forwarded that on to the dealer. Since they are attempting to reseal my from windshield, they can swap out that panel and send it back to LCI.

Had a new panel installed under warranty. All is good now.
