Long Post, need help. Lippert hydraulic through frame slides. Rig has 3 through frame hydraulic and one Swinteck BR slide. BR slide nit involved in this inquiry.
When the hydraulic through frame LR slide out is extended, have a gap at bottom on one side (rearward, passive). Bulb seal just touching, not compressed. The other side's (forward) bottom bulb seal is nicely compressed. I have measured the two sides projection when extended. Same measurements. I have synchronized per Lippert's online manual and You Tube.
Regarding when retracting the slide: I am concerned if I adjust the forward side (active) hoping to achieve pulling the rearward side (passive) in more (to hopefully close its bottom gap), I will overdo the pulling in of that forward side causing problems. Or, if I do have the forward active side pull in more, will it sense its appropriate stop point yet allow the rearward passive side to continue coming in? I adjusted the horizontal positioning of each side, within 1/8". I adjusted the slide's vertical positioning upward, but perhaps that should be adjusted downward??? Perhaps tomorrow's project.
Long post, greatly appreciate your endurance to read it and reply with ideas.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Edd. If I am understanding this, the front of the slide is sealing tight, the rear isn't sealing tight. First measure to make sure the room is even, in that the measurements from outside flange to the inside flange are pretty much the same. If not, you may have to adjust things by moving the interior flange in or out, (too involved for here, and I haven't had a KZ room apart) depending on which is easier. In your post you say it's the bottom of the seal isn't tight, if it's just the bottom you can adjust the height of one end of the slide so the slide is more "plumb" to the opening. You are right to be careful in that changing the sealing when open can affect the sealing when closed, so lots of times you have to pick a good average, so make small changes, running the slide in and out after each change and checking. It sounds like you already have a copy of the Lippert service manual, if not here is link for the 2.5 hydraulic thru the frame. If I picked the wrong area, you will be able to look around for the right one. link

With the slide out fully extended, should the support arms under the box be nearly/exactly level?

With the slide out fully extended, should the support arms under the box be nearly/exactly level? IIRC they are not on my D250RES. There’s more of a gap at the outermost part of the floor.

With the slide out fully extended, should the support arms under the box be nearly/exactly level? Nope. They have some internal movement.
