My 2021 241RLK has been sitting about 5 months plugged in. It was fine last month but went out today and no power. The fuse in the fuse box is good, no blown breakers. The fridge is a Norcold NDCSSL 12 volt only. Anyone else run into this problem. My guess is the control panel went bad so I guess tomorrow I need to start testing.

Using the model number, search for the manual and hopefully it will have the troubleshooting information.

Using the model number, search for the manual and hopefully it will have the troubleshooting information. Tried that already. I will need to take the fridge out to check one more fuse. Not much in there other than that. I guess I will have to remove it and see if I am getting power to the control panel.

Got it fixed. There is a 15 amp fuse wired in by the top control panel (The panel over the freezer where the on the on off switch is). There are 3 screws under th epanel you can see when you open the freezer. Unscrew them and pull the panel out and the fuse in the fight side wiring behind the panel. Sometimes you just get lucky.

Well I restored power now I can hear it running but it won't get cold. I guess it's time to take it apart since it only has a 2 year warranty.

It's official a new Fridge is needed. I may be able to save a few bucks going with a GE fridge.
