In the summer last year I was caught in a hail storm in the Rockies. My dealer, where I purchased the trailer is in Niagara Falls Canada.
My insurers suggested if possible I take it back to the dealer for repairs.
The dealer was happy to do the job and I sent photos etc, number of panels damaged colours and so on to them and told them I would pass through their area late February 2023 on my way home to Eastern Canada.
They said they would order the parts from KZ and it would take them 2 days to do the repairs when I arrived.
Well, I dropped the trailer off at the dealer 2 weeks ago, they say they still have the parts on order and are waiting on KZ. According to KZ they are in the truck on the road.....have been for months. Meanwhile I have to couch surf with my toothbrush.
Looks likely though the siding will never arrive and I will have to just continue my trip home and do the job myself with generic siding.....and hope the insurance still pays something.
Sad that a company like KZ have become so insensitive to there customers.

Not sure what part maybe on a slow boat from China. Siding or roof should be available locally, USA. See if they will let you go to any repair shop, there should not be an issue you can choose the shop.
