We have a 326RLT< has anyone removed the toe kick(riser) from the first step? Looking to try and store couple pairs of shoes

No, but I did change the high two step to a more reasonable three step and now I can keep a couple of pairs under it. Durango D250RES.

On my 2017 251RLT, I changed from two step to three also... but because of the dining area slide, I had to have it removeable... so there is no storage underneath it. It travels nicely atop the bed..

nice job. what color of stain did you use to match the original steps? Minwax Dark Walnut 2716 on pine.
