Just switched my valves for dry camping. Turned pump on and have water. Way more pressure than when hooked up to city water. When using shower or any other hot water side of faucets, the tankless water heater only reaches 97 degrees. If I set the temperature anywhere between 98 to 120 there is no change in the watertemp or on the control panel temp indicator. Still 97. If I turn the shower toward off just a little the burner goes out. I switch back over to city water, and could take a hot shower just fine with the heater reaching my desired temperature. Is this a tankless heater issue or water pump issue. Where is the water pump on the Durango 348bhf?

The pump should be in the basement on your 5W, mise is right behind the water distribution panel. You will need to remove the wall in the basement to get to it. Not sure about the tankless but on the Suburban heat if the outside shower is no off the water crosses over and does not get hot.
I don't know much about the tankless, reading it seems some like and some don't. At least one here has put a tankless in and removed the Suburban then switched back as he did not like the tank-less performance. Hope someone with tankless experience can be of more help.
