Hope that subject line made sense. When my 2019 Durango gold 356rlt dinette/recliner slide is extended and I lift up the inside slide carpet, the plywood floor of the slide still has about a 1" gap between it and whatever is supposed to support it. It's like the slide needs to drop down more because I can tell that if I was to step on the inside edge of the slide floor, there is "give". This slide was adjusted by a dealer for a different issue and I'm thinking that they messed something up.
I've attached a picture of this issue. Can anyone else look at theirs to confirm that mine is not right? Thanks, Rick

Its like it slides into a pocket. We have a 358RPQ that we had to take back to factory. The slide didn’t come with rollers and was almost scratching up the floor.

Thanks for the reply. Mine is way more than 3/8" of an inch up, like I said, almost a full inch. No issues with scratching the floor though, so that's good I guess. I've seen numerous videos on you tube for adjusting a lippert slide, but none for adjusting for this issue. I wonder if it just needs to be adjusted down?

Are the slide room flanges tight against the wall of the coach when the slide is all the way out? It almost sounds as if the room isn't going all the way out.

Yes, the seals are compressed with the slide extended. A dealer made some adjustments to the slide for another issue (that they caused!) and I'm going to check and make sure that the slide floor is still level. I'm going to perfectly level the trailer and then compare the slide floor to the main floor. If the slide was tipped down, would it cause this issue? Seems like it could, so I'm going to double check that.

sounds like it's not going all the way out. Mine will extend, the top hits first and the bottom rocks up into place making the floor seal.

With your slide extended, if you lift the carpet to expose the slide wooden floor edge, is it actually resting on something? Mine is not, and if I step on the inboard edge, it flexes down word so I have to be careful not to step there even with the slide extended. Rick

I've now tried adjusting the slide up, down, in, and out, and still have the same issue. The I/B edge of the slide floor is not supported when the slide it extended. The edge of the wooden slide floor is sticking up at lease 1/2". I have a question for anyone that wants to check their slide. When the slide is extended, if you lift the edge of the carpet (or vinyl) so that you can see the edge of the slide floor, is it resting on top of the plastic (runner?)that runs the full length? I guess my question is, is it resting on top of the plastic piece or does it nestle down outboard of it? I'm trying to determine exactly how far the slide should be extending. Another question would be, how much your slide seals compress when the slide is extended. Mine are compressed with the wood fascia of the slide only about 1/4" away from the trailer sidewall. Also, when the slide is fully extended, if you went outside, under the slide, are the main rails parallel to the slide floor? Mine are not. The outboard edge of the slide is lower than the I/B side, so the slide is essentially drooping down. That is the case also when I put a level on the carpet inside. Are there any rollers or anything that could be seen if I drop the belly plastic down? Looking for any other advice of what to look for. Thanks, Rick
