We just purchased a 22 SE Connect 241BHKSE. and after watch many YouTube videos on travel trailers and camping there is the issue of a slide failing while out or retracted. How does one manually operated the slide?

Usually there’s a hand cranking tool in your camper. The mechanism to turn will be opposite the slide and seen coming through the frame.

As 660catman indicated, you will find this on the trailer frame, opposite side from the slide:  It is a 3/4" nut. Turn it clockwise to retract the slide. I didn't get a crank that fits this nut in my trailer. Looks like I got one that is much smaller and fits nothing. |
