Does anyone have a solution for keeping the griddle plate in place and not bouncing off of the cooktop when traveling down the road? Aside from removing the griddle plate and setting it aside, I’m not sure what other modifications would work.

We have the outdoor kitchen on the 256RKT. The area where the griddle slides into doesn't have a ton of clearance to begin with. We added a thin piece of plywood that we set on top of the main part, then flip the griddle over and rest it on top of that to keep it from getting scratched. Have traveled a few thousand miles like this with no issue.
