On a recent trip, tried to get the campground's cable TV service to work with our rig's TV, no luck. Spoke with our 'campground neighbor' who noticed we had a certain type antenna on our roof. He said I had to turn that antenna off so the rig would recognize I was trying to use a cable service connection for the TV. I cannot find a 'turn off' that antennae switch or anything similar. Any help (KZ Durango Gold) appreciated.
I noticed the Lippert control box in the basement had an ethernet or Cat 5 type cable connected to it. If I disconnect that cable, might that help the rig recognize I want to use the cable TV service?
Appreciate any insights on getting cable service to work on the TV.

Turn off the booster behind the TV, go into the TV menu and select cable, the do a channel scan. Over the air turn booster on, go to TV menu and select over the air, then channel scan. If that doesn't get your TV going get back to us. Should be instructions in the TV manual on how to get the TV menu up.
