I feel like I’ve seen a thread about the one control touch pad’s challenges in maintaining contact while operating slides. I’m having an awfully difficult time particularly with the main slide. It keeps losing connection so inches in and out. I think I read that the phone app works better. Can someone tell me what the app is called so I can put it on my iPhone? 🙏🙏

look for the LCI in the app store, cleaning the touch screen can also help.

It’s in the App Store as LCI OneControl. And yes it’s nicer to use.

I have downloaded the app but can't figure out how to pair it with the LCI onetouch. It comes up on the phone to put in the pair code in but I can't find the code on the LCI to be able to pair it.

Your code is on the control box where all the wiring is which is located in the basement of a fifth wheel. Not sure where it would be in a travel trailer.
