Hook your jumper cables from your vehicle to the battery leads.

My 2000 KZ New vision ultra fifth wheel.. Ok, the living room slide with the dinette, and the kitchen slide are both stuck, will only move about an inch in either direction, I can't figure out how to manually retract them, called customer service and learned was told that the "t pin"?? That I need to turn is located "somewhere on the frame opposite of the slide it operates".. I think I have located the one for the kitchen slide, but can't find one for the living area.. I was supposed to have been moved yesterday but have gotten a n extra couple of days due to this issue however it's costing me $50 each extra day so if possible I would really like to be able to get it done before 5pm on 2-2-23 so I don't have to pay yet another $50 for 2-3-23.. if someone could maybe provide a photo of exactly what I am looking for, and point out a smaller area that it's going to be located in so I know where to look and what I'm looking for.. also what does the tool that fits over the thing to turn it look like? Just the part that fits over it please

I put new ones and discovered that the kitchen slide and the living room slide are both stuck, manual doesn't tell me what I am looking for or where to look in order to manually retract them, no mobile techs in my area and can't move it to take it in with the slides extended.. customer service and technical support was no help other than I am looking for a "t pin" on the frame that is going to be on the opposite side, across from the slide that it is going to operate...

Hook your jumper cables from your vehicle to the battery leads. Doesn't help when the slides are actually stuck and only move about an inch with direction..

We don't know if you ran jumper cables from the truck to your battery terminals. We don't know if you reviewed the link that I supplied. We don't know what type or brand of slide you are dealing with, there are at least three types. We don't know if the manual crank is hidden under the underbelly cover. You need to look thru the papers that were supplied with your trailer. You need to search thru YouTube videos for help. You could supply photos of both sides and and under the slide so we can see what you might be dealing with.

I have hooked up jumper cables as well as changing the batteries out, was able to get them to move about an inch in either direction and that was all. I don't know if mine are like the one in the link or not because I haven't got the slightest idea what I'm even looking at honestly. I have until 12am tomorrow night to get the slides in and move it from the property it's located on because the new property owners have informed us that they will not give us any more time as they are ready to move in and lead their lives. I have photos of my rig and the track thing on the bottom of the slide but I don't know how to attach them here

And I have looked through the little amount of paperwork that I received with the trailer, however there's not much there (bought from an individual) and what there is doesn't tell me anything about the slides

Ok, here is a T pin, this is what you are looking for. It will be sticking out of the frame This is the end of a T pin driver- this fits over the T pin to turn it. This is usually at the end of a crank you can turn

I think you need to call some professional help, my friend. You're going to have to pay for what it takes to get this job done.

By any chance would these slides have a rod sticking out of the frame you would use a socket on? Ratchet would take forever but an impact gun would work a lot faster.

It will be on the side OPPOSITE the slide in question. There are slide mechanisms that have a different design and do not use the shaft thru the trailer. That is why I asked for information in your paperwork, and hopefully find the brand, model or instructions. I mentioned watching videos so that you can see different designs and hopefully find one that matches yours.
