I bought a 2020 Durango Gold G391RKQ last year. It was pretty much new. I parked it and have been living in it ever since. Now that I am trying to move. One of the main slides will not come in. 2 of the 3 slides come in but not the 3rd. Are they not all suppose to slide at the same time? Any ideas on issue? Batteries are good.

If you have hydraulic slides & one switch for all the slides then they wont slide in at the same time, they come in according to which one has the least resistance, then the next one and so on. Is the pump running? Have you checked the hydraulic fluid level?

I added two quarts and I'm afraid it will be too much now. The two one one side come in and the other one on opposite side doesn't move at all.

check the valves, mine are in the battery box, look in the basement at the control board is there a flash code? LCI has a great trouble shooting crew, you can call them 432-547-7378. Your likely over full, plan to catch the extra fluid. This video may help if not make the call in the AM.

Thanks this was helpful. I think it's going to be a bad cylinder but cant be for certain. Hopefully can find a repair person out soon.
