We just purchased our fifth wheel and are on our first trip. Everything is looking good except the tankless water heater -- the control panel (located in the bathroom) will not activate. It's almost like it is not getting 12V power. Does anyone know if it is located on its own circuit and where is the 12V fuse box on our unit. Any other suggestions?

Go outside and open the door of the hot water heater, there is a switch inside.

ha -- that's all it took. I looked last night but it was pretty dark. I know it had to be something simple. I wish the Girard manual had a bit better diagram and explanation. Thanks for the response -- we get hot water on our shake-out trip this weekend!
