I am so disappointed in our 2017 KZ Sportsman Sportster 355TH12. We traded in our 35 ft KZ toy hauler and bought it brand new. We were really happy with it for some time but that has changed! We have followed all maintenance suggestions in the owner’s manual as well as suggestions from our dealer. We don’t have any children or pets.
Now that the unit is 6 years old it is falling apart! The right side has a crack in the sidewall over the kitchen slide. The left side is full of delamination. There are cracks in the walls above the doors to the bathroom from both the main living quarters and the garage. The outlets in the garage are pulling right out of the wall. The fabric on the couch in the main living area is peeling right off. Every time an acorn falls on the roof it makes a little hole that we have to patch with silicone. This is such a disappointment after spending such a large amount of money on the unit. Shame on KZ for such shoddy workmanship that doesn’t last.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. I am convinced that any RV needs to be garaged whenever it is not being used. You are faced with some hard choices about repairs, selling, trade in or getting out of the RV ownership till you have storage. Yes, I am only guessing about your storage arrangements. I can only wish you well.
