Suburban griddle

I just purchased a used 2021 Escape e191bhk. It has an outdoor kitchen with a slide out suburban griddle. I hate the griddle. I want to replace it with a better product like Blackstone. Anyone replaced theirs? What modifications had to be made to slide out tray?
