Well it is advertised as a fully walk on roof. But it is only 3/8” plywood. It’s your call but I would have a couple of small sheets of plywood to move around on. Even a couple of 1’x4’ pieces. Small enough to move them around easily. As far as a ladder, I think they’re reinforced behind when they’re installed at the factory.
