My awning lights roll up Inside the awning when it is retracted. Can't be seen to tell if they are On, so the red lighted switch is the sign. I agree with nvguy..

My 5W has a single red lighted switch next to the slide awning 1n/out switch, it is the awning light.

I'm sorry to say,
This Prime example of the Rv tech not showing the customer all the switch's in their trailer during PDI an the
owner saying to the tech during PDI "what is this switch for"
