Durango Gold 382mbq just picked it up new in August! Transitioning to full time so we can cohabitate as a family for the first time since having kids, husband works out of town. Anywho- I already have so many questions that I’ll be posting in the Durango forum. Our dealer is kinda far and they don’t do phone calls to the service techs, and KZ has been semi helpful. I really need to familiarize myself in the next few months so ANY and ALL wisdom about water pump (I’ll make a thread discussing my concerns) would be welcome! Also where the heck is my low point drain?! Sticker looks like it’s pointing to the water heater… I’ve read the manual and it is not helpful at all.

Welcome to the forum, we do a lot better with direct questions, as I can't type well enough to explain everything about the water pump. This is the one forum you can ask questions and not get snarky wise guy answers. Your low point drains (one for hot the other for cold water, third will be for the fresh water tank) they should be poking out thru the underbelly underneath the trailer, they will be a 1/2" plastic tube with a valve on the end. Hot (red) Blue (cold) are going to look something like this. Usually the freshwater drain is kind of off by itself.

Welcome to the Forum!
Definitely post your questions in the Durango or General RV Questions forums. Most folks like pictures also. They may not help with the question, but usually get more people looking so that's a good thing. They are also really worth a 1000 words.

All questions welcome, we were all new at one time, even seasoned RVers can learn new tricks. Reading here you will soon learn who's helpful with knowledge and who's not. One of the members is a certified RV tech and another pretty much a direct link to the factory, both have excellent advice.

We just bought a 22 SE Connect 241BHKSE last weekend 3 hours away from home so we stoped at Eufalla Lake Campground on the way home for a shake out stop. Upon leaving I opened the fresh water drain because the tank indicator said it was 1/3 full I assumed the dealer had put some water in for the PDI but nothing came out of the drain Is their something else I must do to have it drain?

Tank sensors are notoriously inaccurate. I would open the drain and then start putting fresh water in the tank. If you get water out the drain, then the tank was empty and the sensor was not working correctly.
I would consider disinfecting the tank before using it. Fill the tank and add some beach, your owners manual should tell you how to do it. Pump the bleach water through all of your water lines and let it sit for 3+ hours. Then drain and flush everything. Fill the tanks and you're good to go.
I do the disinfection process every spring when I de-winterize and usually keep a half tank of fresh water in the trailer. We usually only camp with water/electric sites so only use the fresh water to flush the toilet and add some water and treatment to the black tank after using the dump station. How and where you camp will determine how you use the fresh water tank, but disinfecting the system is always a good thing.
Enjoy the new trailer!

rvcouple beat me to it, and they are right, tanks sensors are estimates at best, and not a bad idea to sanitize the fresh water tank, as well the lines.
