I have put a lot of miles on my 2018 Spree 26RKS with a Curt bolt-on 2" receiver hitch with a Swagman rv-rated bicycle rack and 2 kinda heavy mountian bikes. The bumper on this looks heavy duty and not decorative and I totally trust this setup.
I sent an inquiry to KZ about this setup and got a reply almost immediately that the bumper is rated for 100 lbs. I'm sure the rep didn't look up my VIN and check the specs but just threw out the "100 lbs" as a stock answer for any bumper carring capacity question.
I also have 2 e-bikes that go 65 lbs each and am looking at a travel-trailer rated e-bike rack that is 60 lbs that I'd want to carry instead of the mountain bikes.
Now I'm looking at 200 lbs hanging off the back of my travel trailer.
Anyone have any experience with hauling e-bikes?

No experience but you have a lot to lose if the bumper fails. And it may not just be your e-bikes, it may cause a bad accident behind you. I see too many regular bikes on racks bouncing around on a bumper mounted rack.

No direct experience with your specific coach, but I can tell you based on previous experience with RV's in general, RV bumpers are lightweight and prone to cracking and falling off. I am not aware of any RV manufacturer that varies bumper specs by VIN, as frames are ordered in bulk / batch so I doubt the KZ rep had any data base to refer to. End result the 100 # is what Lippert or whoever manufactured the frame told KZ the bumper is capable of carrying. What to do? Go visit a welding / fabrication shop or even a general trailer repair shop and have a good strong bumper fabricated and properly welded to your coach's frame. Also, be aware that hanging 200# off the back of your coach may make it tow differently (sway) so you may have to make adjustments to your WD hitch (if you use one) or redistribute items in the coach.
