Has anyone modified a Lippert Solid Step Hand Rail part number 799640 to fit a Lippert XF series Solid Steps? After we purchased the Hand Rail we discovered they were not compatible with the steps because the steps are an OEM product made for KZ (it is on our 2022 KZ Durango Gold 356RLQ). Any ideas or suggestions before I list the hand rail on eBay? Thanks  |

Glow steps and handrail. No fold inside like the solid step, glows solid, no bounce and I added the handrail after wife had knee surgery. I found myself using the handrail almost everytime I went in or out.

How did you modify the trailer, the skirt, etc. to install the steps. With the solid steps as factory OEM, there's no place in the skirt area to install steps like those. |

I had a cutout for the OEM fold under. If your interested call Glow Step and ask your question, I had many and they answered all mine. They are very friendly & knowledgeable of their products. step link |

We have a 2022 KZ.Connect 241RLK with a 3 step Lippert OEM step. I was told by Lippert that they do not have a handrail for OEM steps. I went a head and purchased the same handrail as you and with a drill and drill bits installed it and it works just fine. Do not have to take the handrail off when stowing the steps. It’s great and wife loves it.
