Where do I gain access to the water pump and siphon to winterize the water lines in a 2022 Confluence 21mk with artic package?

No it does not, the only thing I can find is that the pump is usually 2 feet from the fresh water tank.

That helps, look in the storage under the camper, you may have to pull a wall to find it. Go outside and have some one run the pump, you should be able to hear it before pulling the wall.

On my Confluence 25RL the pump is behind a removeable panel in the driver side front storage compartment. You remove the 2 screws and move the panel out of the way and you will see the winterizing hose. Remember to bypass the water heater first and flip the valve to pull from the hose.

Do you need to run Antifreeze through your system? I bought an adaptor that screws into the shore water fitting that lets me run LOW, REPEAT LOW pressure air through the system and blow it out. Just open all the faucets and block open the commode so you don't pop a line. NOW the CAVIOT this will be the first winter of us owning a KZ so use this advice with caution. I am finding as I go all kind of drains and adaptors that need investigating.

I can't see every nook and cranny of the water lines, so how can I know that there isn't water somewhere? I do this because it's easier to run the antifreeze, as I know it's not mixing with a bunch of water and getting diluted. Even blowing it out, the antifreeze isn't usually the first thing that I see when opening all of the faucets. The $7 to $10 I spend in antifreeze is really just an insurance policy against having to figure out issues in the spring. Good luck!

With that low air pressure and all the faucets open there will be little air flow and force to push out all the water. Your water system should be able to withstand 50 PSI of water or air. Did you ever drain the air compressor tank and see that wonderful sludge that comes out? I skip the air thing and just simply pump anti-freeze.

Winterize, winterize; need to look that up. :-) Lyle It's the "art" of not camping 6 months out of the year! My brother's had to learn about it, since he moved his FW up to his property in Pinetop, at about 7,200' elevation. :-) Me, I like warm, though we're kicking around the idea of spending Thanksgiving in a campground in Payson, at 5k'. I like warm too, that's why I leave southern NM and head to AZ, Tucson/Yuma area. I have been home during freezes and I use air any time the freeze has been predicted so it's just add water and go, simple.

I am finding as I go all kind of drains and adaptors that need investigating. Just a note. There may be two valves located on the lines before the water pump. On controls the water from the fresh water tank and the other allows anitfreeze to be sucked into the pump. Close the valve from the fresh water tank and open the other. It may have a two way valve that does both at the same time.
I added another switch on the power line right at the pump. That way I can turn off the pump when the container starts getting low. Actually, my wife runs the pump while I open the faucets in the trailer. You also need to press the check valve on the city water inlet.
If you have a black tank flush, you want to force antifreeze into that also. You can buy a small hand pump for this purpose.
Camco makes one.
