You are on the right track. Any grease in or on a brake assembly will make it grabby. Thoroughly degrease all parts and replace as necessary and you should be done

OK! update, besides being COLD here the brake job is Compleat, it went ez. I eliminated that EZ LUBE B.S. From what I read here it was my best way to go. 2 new tires and one new rim. Found out my spare which is a newbie was a 13" and the rig has 14" so now I have everything matched. I think when the OG. owner traded it in is when the EZ LUBE system and the tire size was swapped out. BUT the 2nd owner AND I did not check the spare. Need to balance out the power from the curt triflex and I think we are good to go. Thanks for all the info and support. Anything above 10*F we are going out.

Thanks for the update, glad you got it all squared away. Strange the spare was different, but I bet that is more common than we know.

Thanks for the update, glad you got it all squared away. Strange the spare was different, but I bet that is more common than we know. Yep, not size wise but I had load range C on the axles and had a load range D spare on my other camper. Bought camper new too!
