I've looked over several treads trying to figure out why my (one control) isn't show any of the "TANK" level settings. Just put about 20 gallons of fresh water in and I always put another ten gallons in each black and gray tanks.. I check for loose wires and reloaded the app. Anyone else run into this situation?

Sounds like a wiring issue, possibly the ground since all gauges are affected. Why only 20 gallons fresh and why add 10 to the gray?

Thanks for your help. I stopped at KZ Dealer this morning on our way to the campground. The technician check out the One Control. Needs new "mother board."
20 gallons fresh water for bathroom while on the road. Plus I don't need the extra weight - we never boondock.. I always put about 5 or10 gallons in each black/gray thanks. Water is tanks best friend. Thanks again.
