Has anyone rebuild the bedroom slide ? I had someone email me pictures before but cant remember if it was from this site. Anyway We have the coach in a new pole building my buddy built and need to rock and roll on getting the floor replaced and possible total rebuild depending on the sides before re leases the building out. If anyone has rebuilt that bedroom slide and wants to offer any helpful tips I would be great full Attachments:

Well I got the bed out ( which was actually holding things together !!). Looks like a pretty straight forward job. I need to brace the slide and pull the floor out. Attachments:

Ouch...doesn't look like the living room slide I did, that had an aluminum frame with .25 inch ply + Darco on the bottom and .5 inch ply on top. If the floor is gone, how are the side walls doing?

Old floor is out, I found some 1 inch thick ac plywood with exterior glue for 80 bucks ! I thought that was cheap !!!! So now I need to cut board and coat with epoxy or some kind of sealant and reinstall.

Impressive! I had no idea the bedroom slide floor was just plywood. Lots of folks just paint the bottom and call it a day. I think your idea of an epoxy coat will certainly protect a lot better. The West System is great and would work well for this project.

The OE floor looks like two 1/2 inch sheets of luan glued together.

Looks like you could screw your new plywood up into the aluminum box and have a forever solution. Please post the after photos:)
