We are about to take delivery of a 2022 Connect 241RLK. This will be the second purchase of this RV due to a theft of the first one. When we purchased RV #1, we purchase an extensive extended warranty and the RV was stolen 3 months into ownership so I was able to get most of that money refunded. I included it into my financing, and looking back that was not a smart way to go due to the interest paid over time. This weekend I am taking delivery of RV #2 from another dealer, and not sure how I want to handle the extra warranty. My gut says do not purchase any. I also looked at Good Sam extended warranty and its $300/year with a 6 year rate lock. Where I am on the fence is I understand I have a 2 year warranty with KZ, so the first 2 years I am covered. After that Good Sam says that my rate will double if I wait until then to enroll. Why do I need ext warranty during my 2 year coverage, I am thinking non at all just keep it insured for loss or damage. Would love to hear some feedback, and experiences with this. Craig in Houston

My gut says do not purchase any. Go with your gut, to get things fixed under a warranty you will jump thru so many hoops and then it won't be fixed right.

don't waste your money on after market warranty, put the $$ in an account for just in case. KZ will fix most of the things you find wrong and many forget the manufacture warranty on most of the stuff KZ installed, water heater, fridge, stove etc.

What Edd said, put some money away, most of your issues will show up during the warranty period.
