21 connect 261rb, DVD player only plays in black and white. Any one else have this issue. Menu bottom offers little response.

Check that you have the cable(s) connected properly, if you are sure that they are you might want to replace.

Don’t have a connect, but on our last camper we was on the wrong input on the TV

Well figured it out kz matched a TV that wasn't compatible with radio/ DVD player. They used the red,white, yellow plugs to a TV that uses USB input for DVD players. Plugged in USB cable with beveled corners. Works like a champ. Thanks all for the help.
