How do you grease wheel bearings on 2011 265 Spree with aluminum rims. Can you remove the center cap without removing the rim? Is there a grease nipple or do I have to pack the bearings?

I think that you find that you'll need to remove the wheel and remove the dust cap to get to the zerk. I repacked the bearings on my unit so I knew it was done right. I'm not big on using a grease gun to grease the bearings for a several reasons.
1. Not all gun grease will work as wheel bearing grease. I seen guys use any old grease that was in the gun. 2. If not done right, or a weak seal, grease can get to the brake shoes. 3. You can't to see the condition of the bearings or the wear of the brake shoes.
Also, you'll will need a thin wall 6 point deep well socket. A 12 point will round off the nuts. Strongly suggest a torque wrench be used to tighten the lugs. Check your owner manual for the spec.
