Purchased 313MK Connect in December. We are full time. First thing that went was the Norcold fridge. The Coleman Mach ac in the living area does not get cool. The left slide that contains the fridge, stove and microwave does not pull in correctly. Lastly and what burns my ass the most, is the left side that is adjacent to the fridge and micro wave, is bent down almost an inch. The floor is level to about 1 foot before the wall. after that, it take a downward run. I am in the process of a mid state run and wont be returning until October. I will be speaking with the manufacture in the near future about their plans to rectify all my issues. Any suggestions would be helpful. There is a 2 year warrantee on the unit, but not trusting of the process. Thanks in advance. regards Jeff Millard..

They will tell you to go back to your dealer or bring it to the factory.

Hi Jeff, man that sounds frustrating. Two of your three complaints are bolt-on products that KZ buys and installs. You can try contacting Norcold and Coleman directly to see about getting things done a little quicker.
The slide sounds like a bigger deal, and Ed might be right that your dealer won't want to get involved. KZ might have to pull that whole slide out of the frame to see what's going on. Personally, I wouldn't put that off because if the slide isn't seating right, you could be introducing water damage to the surrounding areas unintentionally.

They will tell you to go back to your dealer or bring it to the factory. I was prepared for that. However, being full time it will be a challenge. Was on the job 30 years, so wont be an issue with negotiations!

When I had trouble with the Norcold fridge and later the inverter, KZ just said these are not their products, talk to the manufacturer or return to your original dealer. Best get attended to asap.KZ may say you made the damage worse by using it when you knew it was in need of repair and tell you, you have to contribute to costs.

It is very frustrating when you buy a product such as a vehicle or an RV, you expect that product to be covered under a warranty for limited time as it was the manufacturer who built it regardless of parts they use and who made them. Ford does not make the tires or wheels or brakes, but FORD will fix the issue if still with in warranty. RV manufacturers "should" not be any different in my view.
We just had our propane regulator go bad, had a large leak from the change over valve. KZ didn't make it, but they will replace it or pay to have it replaced as they did ours a few days ago.

As stated it may be faster to call MFG of the Norcold fridge an the Coleman Mach, most appliance's are covered by the Mfg for the 1st year an then Kz the second year, you will see this in the owners manual and the dealer should have told you such ...
I had a furnace go out the 1st month we had our G384RT, called dealer they said three months till I could get such in, called MFG an they stated one of their dealers was just down the road, call them an furnace was fixed within a week from a different RV dealer who didn't sell Kz brand trailers ...
