We're currently camping for a week with no sewer hookups but the dump station is a few hundred feet away. We bought a 36 gallon waste tote prior to coming here. This morning, the wife and I were wondering how much does the "front" "grey tank" hold. On this unit, there are 4 tanks. Fresh (76 gal), Black (50 gal), next to black is the Grey ( ?? gal). In the rear of the unit, where the kitchen is, is another tank, normally called the "galley" tank.
The KZ site says Grey tank, 90, Black 50, Fresh 76. Says nothing about the rear tank. This tank (and I KNOW there is a separate tank there) serves the kitchen sink and dishwasher. It has it's own drain valve and line.
Does ANYONE who know who much that galley tank holds? We found nothing in the owners packet nor on KZ's web site for this model. Odd.
Thanks!
Oh, the gauges don't work for crap, haven't since day one of using it. Quality at it's finest.

Hi. The gauges don't work in any RV from any manufacturer in any country in the world. The methods that would work are expensive and most people wouldn't want to pay for them. Once anything other than water gets into the tanks, the gauge problems just compound themselves.
The 90 gallon capacity listed will include both grey tanks. My guess, for ease of installation, is that you would have 2 - 45 gallon tanks. I don't know for sure though.

We have the same 90 gallon capacity in our D250RES. The panel has two greys listed and we barely fill the kitchen sink one in 10 days of camping. It would be nice if they were connected and had only one drain outlet.

Figure this one out let me know, I asked and never got an answer, I also have 4 tanks two gray a black and fresh water. I have the same alarm as my main gray, honey I'm standing in water and honey the sinks (kitchen) is not draining. It's worked 5 years like that and I do not rely on the non functional gauges.

Thanks for the link. Looks good! I’ll going to look into doing this. If your's is like mine all the valves are above the corplast so no issues with freezing in the cold.
