Hi everyone
I have a confluence 25RL which is the same as the connect 26RL. My slide started scratching the floor on one side. I called the dealer but they cant get me back till mid July. I watched videos on how the slide works but not sure if that is the issue.
Has anyone had this issue?
Thanks Joe

This usually happens as a result of something like a small rock getting stuck under the slide or a staple or screw has worked loose, some have a small plastic "skid" that the slide rides on, that might have come loose. Depending your skill set, when the slide is in, you can pry -lift it up a bit to see what's under there, that will tell if a trip to the dealer is worth it.

Yea I already looked under for rocks and staples, nothing there. There is a "carpet" like brush that looks like it keeps stuff out of the roller, problem I can see past it because the slide only lifts about 1/2 inch above the floor.

I had the exact same thing happen on mine. I found that there was a screw tip poking through the bottom of the slide. I opened the slide part way, lifted the carpet as far as I could, and stuck my hand under there and found the screw tip by feel (no way you can actually see under there). Then, I took a fine file and slowly filed it down until it wasn't poking through anymore. The scratch in the floor is still there, but at least its not getting any worse.

I took to the dealer and they found a few staple not installed right in the carpet strip. They removed them and had a flooring guy come out and fix the floor. Dropped it off Friday and picked it up monday. Took it out for 2 trips so far and no more scratches. I felt the dealer and KZ took care of the problem really quick.

Thanks for the update, we see too many problems and never hear back on what fixed the issue.

I know I'm really late to this party but in case anyone else comes here for a look. I have a 2019 Connect SE 27.. The third time it was used I noticed the gauges in the flooring where the slide out moves. I thought it was a screw or bolt doing the damage BUT then figured out it was the slide rack out of alignment. I was going to try to adjust it myself but YouTube wasn't clear enough so I took it to the dealer.. After adjustment, no more gauging. The floor still is gauged since due to covid we didn't find the problem until after the warranty was expired.
